The monthly plan covers the service (preparation & submission). Each filing also adds the statutory Companies House fee (e.g. CS01 £50). Without a subscription you pay one-off: the CH fee + £9.99 service.
MyTaxBridge is independent software — it is not Companies House
The service is operated by Amelia GB Ltd (company no. 07124049), a UK accountancy practice; we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Companies House or HM Government. Every form can be filed by you directly with Companies House for the statutory fee alone, shown in the “CH fee” column — our price is only for the software and support, added on top of that fee without mark-up. A filing rejected by Companies House is refunded automatically. File directly with Companies House (GOV.UK) · official fees.

How does it work?
Subscribers: the service is included in your plan — each filing only adds the statutory Companies House fee (e.g. CS01 £50; forms free at CH = £0). No subscription: CH fee + £9.99 service (e.g. CS01 £59.99). Fill in the form, pay by card via Stripe, and it is automatically submitted to Companies House.
