Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. About us

MyTaxBridge is operated by Amelia (GB) Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 07124049), registered office 76 High Street, Colliers Wood, London SW19 2BY. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Amelia (GB) Ltd, and "you" means the person or business using the service.

2. The service

MyTaxBridge is filing software that prepares and submits statutory forms to Companies House via its XML Gateway, and Corporation Tax (CT600) returns to HM Revenue & Customs. We provide the software; we are not Companies House, HMRC, or your accountant or legal adviser. Using the service does not create a professional client relationship and does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to file on behalf of any company you submit for.

4. Accuracy of filings

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter. Once a filing is accepted by Companies House or HMRC it becomes part of the public or statutory record and may not be reversible. Review every submission carefully before you send it.

5. Fees

Subscription and pay-per-use prices are shown on our pricing page. Statutory Companies House filing fees (for example the fee for CS01, IN01, NM01 or DS01) are set by Companies House and charged in addition to our fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on Companies House, HMRC, Stripe and our identity-verification provider. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or the rejection of a filing by Companies House or HMRC.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, interest or loss arising from information you supplied, missed deadlines, or rejected filings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
